In the Day of Mindfulness, we gather as a community to celebrate the importance of being mindful in our daily lives. We focused on practising mindful action throughout the day, all together, enjoying the calm flow of the day.
With mindfulness as the anchor of the whole day activities, we bring our focus to our breath and the present moment. From mindful walking, mindful sitting to mindful games, all practising our ability to have quality attention in the here and now.
In the hustle and bustle of our daily activities, we often go about our day in a fast pace finishing task after task and ended up feeling tired from the pressure and expectations. The day of mindfulness welcomes everyone to slow down and just be in the moment,
giving focus to our senses and sending kind attention to each sensation that arises. Leaving us in a calm, relax, and restful state.
